Overview
WizVision provides a highly scalable solution for processing transactions for authorisation and settlement from merchant systems through the provision of an interface with the terminals in the field. This terminal module is able to communicate with multiple terminals at multiple locations in a reliable and secure manner. It is robust and offers flexible front-end processing capabilities.

 

Pin Verification Solution
It has been deployed as an over-the-counter pin verification solution in leading banks in the Asia region, allowing the bank a real-time verification of the customer’s identity. This gives the bank the ability to reduce fraudulent misrepresentations and losses through such criminal activities.

 

Cashless ATM Solution
In this scenario, the terminal is deployed as a cashless ATM (Automated Teller Machine) system. This allows banks who wish to extend their ATM services to their customers at a wider span of locations but delivered in a cost-effective manner. This solution allows customers to conduct almost all ATM functions and services such as funds transfers and balance enquiry, with the exception of cash withdrawal.

 

POS Solution
Deployed by various banks and merchants in a typical Point-of-Sale (POS) credit and debit payment scenario in the Asia region, the solution routes all card transactions from the merchant to the appropriate host over international and local card networks for authorisation and settlement in a safe and reliable manner.

 

Gift Cards Solution
Similar to cash and shopping vouchers, this prepaid gift cards solution does more than that. It can be deployed to help retain customer and maximise business, customer loyalty and average sale amounts from each individual. The gift card can also double as an alternative to cash gift, presenting a unique branding opportunity as a brand name and logo can be displayed on a gift card to promote brand awareness and loyalty.

 

Loyalty/ Rewards Solution
This module allows financial institutions and merchants to engage a loyalty programme, retaining good customers and rewarding them for their support. It allows the further customisation and personalisation of services to these customers, hence enhancing their experience with the financial institutions and merchants. It has been deployed across multiple retailers in Singapore and the region.
