Board of Directors
Dr TAN Eng Liang
Chairman
Dr Tan is currently the Chairman of WizVision's Board of Directors. He was a Member of Parliament from 1972 to 1980, Senior Minister of State for National Development from 1975 to 1978 and Senior Minister of State for Finance from 1978 to 1979. He also served as the Chairman of the Urban Redevelopment Authority, Singapore Quality & Reliability Association and the Singapore Sports Council. Dr Tan has a Doctorate from Oxford University in England. Dr Tan has been awarded the Public Service Star (BBM), Public Service Star (BAR) and the Meritorious Service Medal by the Singapore Government. Dr Tan is also a director of the following public listed companies: IRE Corporation Limited, Pokka Corporation (Singapore) Limited, and United Engineers Ltd.

Mr CHANG Yew Kong
Exco Chairman
Mr Chang Yew Kong is currently the Exco Chairman of WizVision. He is also presently the President of SES Systems Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited and he also serves on the Boards of Singapore Technologies Training & Simulation, CET Technologies, GDIS and Interoperability Systems International Singapore. He has served in the Defence Science Organization (MINDEF) and Data General Singapore before joining Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited, and worked in various senior management positions in Singapore Computer Systems Ltd from 1987 to 1996. He holds memberships in various professional organizations - Member and Chartered Engineer of the Institute of Electrical Engineers (UK), Member of the Institution of Engineers (Singapore) and Senior Member of Singapore Computer Society.

Mr Chang holds a first class honours degree of Electrical Engineering, and completed his Masters in Engineering and a Diploma in Business Administration in the National University of Singapore in 1982. He also attended the Stanford-NUS Executive Program in 1984.

Mr SEAH Moon Ming
Director
Mr Seah Moon Ming has been recently appointed NUS Adjunct Professor to the NUS Entrepreneurship Centre. He is also a member of the Board of Governors of Temasek Polytechnic as well as a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES). He began his career as an engineer with Ministry of Defence (DSO-MINDEF) in March 1981 and was with MINDEF for 13 years, where he last held the post of Assistant Director of Communications, Defence Materials Organisation. In 1994, he was appointed as General Manager of CET Technologies (a subsidiary of Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited). In 1997, he was appointed Managing Director of Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited.

Mr Seah majored in electronics engineering at the National University of Singapore. He has a Master of Science with distinction at the Naval Postgraduate School, USA. He also attended the Stanford-NUS Executive Program and Program for Management Development at Harvard University USA.

Mr CHAY Yee Meng
Director

Mr. Chay Yee Meng, a Certified Public Accountant, began his working career as an Audit and Tax Accountant with Arthur Young & Company (now known as Ernst & Young). In 1987, he was named Director and Financial Controller of SCI Manufacturing, a US based electronics manufacturing company. He was later named as Asia Regional Controller.

In 1992, he co-founded Natsteel Electronics Pte Ltd, which was later merged with US-based Solectron Technology, Inc. He served as CFO of Natsteel Electronics from 1992 to 2001, then as Solectron's Head of Finance, Asia-Pacific Region until 2003.

Mr Chay also co-founded ECS Holdings Ltd, and served as Founding Director and CFO until ECS went IPO in 2001.

In 2003, Mr Chay co-founded Infowave Pte Ltd, an Infocomm R&D company developing and marketing industrial computers for wireless computing, RFID devices, supply chain solutions, and real-time monitoring solutions. He was officially appointed as Director of the NKF on January 17, 2006.

Mrs LIM Suat Hua
Director
Mrs Lim Suat Hua is the Chairman and Managing Director of S. H. Lim Architects Pte Ltd and has a distinguished background in Architecture. She is also a director of Asiamedic Ltd, a public listed company, Chairman and Directors of numerous private investment and property development companies. She is registered with both the Board of Architects, Singapore as well as the Board of Architects, Malaysia. She is a member and past council member of the Singapore Institute of Architecture and a member of the Malaysia Institute of Architects and past member of the Royal Institute of the British Architects. She also actively volunteers for community works and is a member of the Tampines Consultation Community Committee, Rotary Club of Singapore and Lions Club District 308.

Mrs Lim graduated in 1972 with a Bachelor in Architecture from the National University of Singapore.


Mr LIM Kah Chuan
Director
Mr Lim  is a founding member of WizVision Pte Ltd and he is currently appointed the company President. He is responsible for directing the business with the objective of establishing short and long-range objectives, goals, and strategies. He provides leadership, management supervision, and direction for all phases of business development, from identification of opportunities through satisfactory completion of client's requirements. He is also in charge of the company's regional expansion.

Mr Lim holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College, London.

Mr LIM Kah Chuan

Mr Hank Ong
General Manager

Mr Ong is in charge of the daily operation of the company and the group.  He has extensive experience in the sales & marketing of IT solutions and services to both commercial and government sectors in South Asia.  At WizVision, he will also be leading the products and services revamp efforts with the aim to make WizVision a leader in epayment technologies in Asia.

Mr Ong holds a honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.  He is also conferred as a Certified Professional Marketer (CPM - Asia Pacific) by the Asia Pacific Marketing Federation.
